DUBOIS – Spring cleaning season is here, and next week you’ll have a chance to toss out your clutter in DuBois.
From Monday April 27th through May 1st Waste Management will pick up your extra junk on your regular garbage day.
Anything you put out has to be light enough for one person to lift, and loose items must be bundled.
There are a few exceptions, with crews not accepting tires, electronics, freon items, and yard waste.
You can also take advantage of the city’s Dumpster Days program, held on the first Wednesday of each month at the City Garage at 10 Parkway Drive.
With the next collection on May 6th, you can take the items not accepted during the spring cleanup, with the only exceptions being tires, wood, drywall, shingles, and other home renovation materials.
