DUBOIS – A lawsuit between the City of DuBois and former Police Chief Blane Clark has been put on hold.
Attorneys for both sides have agreed to pause the case while they attempt to reach a resolution through mediation.
If an agreement is reached, the case could be resolved without going to trial, if not the court will set new deadlines and the case will move forward. Mediation is tentatively scheduled for June 23rd.
