William Barry Collins, 93, of Butler passed away on April 13, 2026 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born on October 9, 1932 in Harrison Twp., Allegheny County, a son of the late Clarence and Olga (Michnuk) Collins.
Mr. Collins was a graduate from Har-Brack High School, and a proud graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a degree in Metallurgy. He later graduated from Lehigh University with an MBA.
He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force.
On May 14, 1960, he married the love of his life, Sara Jean (Weaver) Collins. They enjoyed over 60 years of marriage before she preceded him in death on October 2nd, 2020.
W. Barry was employed by various companies throughout his career as a Metallurgist, dedicating many years of his life as a sales representative for the TASA corporation in Pittsburgh, where he sold railroad joints. He later retired from the L.B. Foster company, Pittsburgh.
Mr. Collins is preceded in death by his wife Sara Collins, parents Clarence and Olga Collins, and grandson Zane A. Collins.
He is survived by sons; Gregg W. Collins of Butler Pennsylvania, and Gary T. Collins of Columbus North Carolina; and grandchildren Ian, Jared, Nicholas, and Samantha Collins.
In accordance with Barry’s wishes, there will be no visitation.
