PINE TOWNSHIP – A New Jersey man has been jailed after a report of a driver in distress revealed he had an active warrant.
On April 2nd, State Police received a call about a disabled motorist acting erratic on State Park Road between Smith Road and Duback Road.
Once on scene police noticed the man, later identified as 37 year-old Ryan Schwarz of Ocean View New Jersey, was by the tree line covered in mud and allegedly had urinated himself.
Police then learned he had an active warrant out of New Jersey and took him into custody. He is currently at the Clearfield County Jail awaiting extradition
