Mary Louise (Kruk) Siemucha, Age 82 of DuBois, PA died Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the DuBois Nursing Home surrounded by her family.
Born on August 29, 1943 in New Castle, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph V. and Sophia (Buly) Kruk.
On November 14, 1964, she married James A. Siemucha. He preceded her in death on November 9, 2016.
 Mary graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in MIS. She went on to have a 26 year career in managing, designing, writing, and editing technical documentation in Bethesda, Maryland.
Mary was a member of the Nativity Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church in DuBois where she was active in church affairs. She enjoyed quilting and belonged to quilting clubs in both DuBois and Maryland. Mary was also a volunteer at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Mary is survived by three children, (Tonja Siemucha of DuBois, PA; Tina Reinl and her husband, Torsten of Seattle, WA and Dr. Ceyhun Canpolat and his wife, Aylin of Istanbul, Turkey), 2 grandchildren (Defne and Selin), and three brothers, (John E. Kruk and his wife Kay of Chantilly, VA, Dr. Stephen Kruk and his wife Rita, and Gregory Kruk, Esq. both of DuBois, PA), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother Donald Kruk.
There will be no public visitation.
A Parastas will be prayed on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11 a.m. from the Nativity of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church with Fr. Nate Tapsak officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
