Rosemary F. Lockwood age 79 formerly of W. Long Avenue DuBois, PA; currently a resident at the Shippenville Healthcare and Rehab Center, died on Tuesday April 7, 2026. Born on February 23, 1947 in Silver Creek, NY; she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Benton. She was married to Robert Lockwood and he preceded her in death on December 27, 2002. Rosemary was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo, working crossword puzzles and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter Lorry Marcum and her husband Thomas Burkett of DuBois; a sister-in-law Betty Smith of DuBois; a granddaughter Jeana Clark and her husband Sean Marche of Brockport; a grandson Andrew LaRock also of DuBois; great grandchildren Aiden LaRock, Kaleb LaRock, Eric LaRock, Isabella Williams, and Brody Clark. In addition to her parents and her husband she is also preceded in death by a sister Coile Benton, brothers George and Tommy Benton and a niece Rosalie Benton. There will be no public visitation. All services for Rosemary will be private at the convenience of her family. Burial will be in Temple Cemetery in Hazen, PA. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
