BROCKWAY – The Brockway School District is preparing to hire some summer help through the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency State Work Study Program.

This program allows the district to hire up to five workers at $10 dollars an hour to help custodial staff during the summer months.

“Basically during the summer we need some help with our custodial staff, and there’s always plenty to do in each of the buildings that we have here,” explained Superintendent Brian Mulhollan,

To apply you must be a Brockway Area School District resident, enrolled in college at least-half time and eligible for a PHEAA state grant. You can apply through the district’s business office.
