UNDATED – Pennsylvania State Police are introducing new upgrades to patrol vehicles, enhancing safety and visibility.

These upgrades include V-shaped light bars for 360-degree visibility and new sirens with low frequency technology that can be heard and felt inside vehicles.

Patrol cars will also use GPS communication to sync lights and voice commands between units.

State Police say these changes will help drivers notice emergency vehicles and improve safety for both you and officers.
