DUBOIS – Community organizations in the DuBois area are in need of volunteers, and your time can make a real difference in keeping these groups running.
Volunteers help nonprofit organizations meet legal requirements, serve on boards, raise funds, and deliver services to support the community.
“I wish people would take a little less time on their devices and step up to do good in our community,” explained Jody August, executive director of the DuBois Area Chamber of Commerce.
You can volunteer with local organizations like the DuBois Rotary Club, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, and other nonprofits.
