UNDATED – A new bill by Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson would allow schools to use multiple types of milk.
The Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act gives children the option to choose between whole milk and 2%.
Representative Thompson says this will also help Pennsylvania farmers by increasing demand for their products.
The bill is now heading to President Trump’s desk for consideration.
