DUBOIS – A DuBois man was jailed after allegedly assaulting a woman in St. Marys last week,
The victim told police that on December 5th 18 year-old Dominick Hutchins came to her apartment. The victim’s son opened the door when Hutchins allegedly pushed past him and went to the attic and began going through items.
When asked to leave, Hutchins allegedly grabbed her by the throat and physically assaulted her.
Now he is in the Elk County Jail, facing felony burglary, indecent assault, and strangulation charges.
