UNDATED – Gas prices are creeping back up.
According to AAA, Jefferson County jumped 13 cents to $3.27 dollars a gallon.
Clearfield County went up from $3.17 dollars to $3.30 dollars.
Elk County is at $3.40 dollars a gallon, up two cents.
Statewide averages went up one cent to $3.24 dollars.
