DUBOIS – Richard Whitaker is running for the DuBois City Council in 2026.
“We all just need to look at what’s best for the future,“ stated Whitaker. “I’m not running for me. I’m running for my children, and my grandchildren. I want DuBois to be a thriving community.”
Whitaker is one of 12 candidates vying for a seat on the newly consolidated DuBois City Council, which will include seven members total.
