DuBois Woman Sentenced for Drug Charges

DUBOIS – A DuBois woman is going to spend up to four years in State Prison after pleading guilty to delivering fentanyl.

35 year-old Lachelle Bearer was accused of delivering fentanyl after a September of 2024 incident where police discovered 48 stamp bags on her person that contained fentanyl and Xylazine. 

After pleading guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance she was sentenced to spend between 16 months and four years in State Prison.
