KNOXDALE – A proposed blighted property ordinance in Knox Township led to a heated township meeting.

All of this stems from a Knoxdale Main Street building that has stood vacant for decades. A misconception over neighboring communities’ laws on blighted properties lead to a heated discussion between supervisors and residents.

Ultimately, the township gave the property owner 60 days to clean up the area.
