Three Arrested After DuBois Accident

DUBOIS – Three Buffalo men are behind bars after allegedly fleeing from police and getting into a rollover accident Tuesday afternoon.

According to DuBois City Police, an officer noticed a vehicle make a traffic violation with a strong odor of Marijuana emitting from the vehicle. When the officer turned around to attempt a traffic stop, the vehicle fled.

After a brief pursuit the vehicle lost control while driving down West Weber Avenue, crashing into the canopy of the Life Community Church and rolling over. 

The three men inside then left the vehicle and fled on foot. One was captured soon after and the other two were later found by Police K-9 Ace. 

After the scene was cleared officers allegedly found several bags of marijuana and methamphetamines inside the vehicle.

All three 22 year-olds, Quaron Jones, Donte Jones, and Jahaun Ware are now facing several drug charges.
