Welfare Check Turns into DUI/Warrant Arrest

HUSTON TOWNSHIP – One man is behind bars after being found slumped over the wheel.

According to DuBois State Police, they received a call on Saturday May 31st for reports of a man slumped over the wheel at the Huston Township Nittany Minit Mart parking lot.

Once on scene police noticed the man, 45 year-old David Leveduski, was visibly impaired and was taken into custody. Police also allegedly found a glass pipe and drug residue. 

Police also discovered that Leveduski also had an active warrant from a previous DUI charge.

He was then taken to the Clearfield County Jail.
