UNDATED – A proposed piece of legislation would make it illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to buy semi-automatic rifles in Pennsylvania.
Proposed by Representative Melissa Shusterman, she believes that similar to cigarettes and alcohol, these types of firearms should be kept out of the hands of “children”.
She also hopes this limitation would prevent future mass shootings.
