UNDATED – Over a week after a Bill to legalize adult-use cannabis in the Commonwealth passed through the House of Representatives, the bill was shot down by the Senate Committee.
The Bill was introduced to the house on May 4th then quickly and narrowly passed through the House of Representatives 102-101. Since then the bill was failed by the Senate Committee and will not make it to the Senate floor.
Locally, State Representative Mike Armanini has told us that he voted against this bill and that we should not be risking the health of Pennsylvanians.
