GRAHAM TOWNSHIP – An Alliport woman is facing charges for allegedly repeatedly harassing another multiple times.
According to State Police, 41 year-old Jessica Coulter had contacted the victim multiple times via text message.
Police were notified of previous harassment attempts and questioned Coulter who allegedly confirmed that she knew it was harassment.
Now she is facing charges for the unwanted contact.
