CLEARFIELD – A 72 year-old man is facing harassment charges after coming in contact with an underaged girl last month.
According to police the man, later identified as Willis Hull Sr. approached a 16 year-old girl at a convenience store where he allegedly hugged her multiple times, kissed her forehead, rubbed her shoulder, and commented on knowing where she lives.
The minor did not know the man and did not consent to any contact. He is now facing harassment charges.
