UNDATED – A bill has been introduced that would remove DUI penalties for legal cannabis use.
Philadelphia State Representative Chris Rabb is reintroducing this bill for the fourth time stating that cannabis can stay in someone’s system for longer than they are impaired and sober drivers should not be penalised for this.
Currently there is no test to tell how much cannabis is in someone’s system.
