ST. MARYS – A clinic dedicated to helping you with your Property Tax and Rent Rebate applications will be today in St. Marys.
Hosted by State Representative Mike Armanini at the Saint Marys Senior Center between 10 am and noon his team will try their best to make sure your applications are filed efficiently and effectively.
“My goal is that we can lower gas prices and cost of living prices, that would be a huge accomplishment for all Pennsylvanians to take advantage so their pocketbook can go a little bit further,“ explained Armanini
When attending you should have the following: Driver’s license or photo ID. All income statements for 2024. Your bank information, including account and routing number. Renters should bring a signed Rent Certificate from your landlord. Homeowners should bring paid property tax receipts from 2024, spring and fall.
