CLEARFIELD – One woman is behind bars after police were able to serve a 12 year-old warrant Sunday.
According to police, officers noticed Robin Owens on South Second Street in Lawrence Township.
Owens had an active warrant for the past 12 years through the Centre County Sheriff’s Department
She was transported to the Clearfield County Jail awaiting extradition to Centre County
