WILCOX – A car accident in Elk County has led to one woman facing drug charges.
According to State Police, on January 20th a car driven by 42 year-old Angel Miller allegedly rear ended another stopped vehicle.
Once on scene, police allegedly detected an odor of marijuana, ultimately finding it and other drug paraphernalia.
She is now facing drug charges, with a court appearance set for this week.
