
ALTOONA – The man accused of shooting and killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City is behind bars after being arrested in an Altoona McDonalds is now facing Murder Charges.
26 year-old Luigi Mangione was arrested by police Monday morning, being found with a 3D printed gun, fake IDs, and a multi-page note, which allegedly had defaming information about the health insurance company.
Currently Mangione is being questioned by Altoona Police, with NYPD officers reportedly coming to the Commonwealth for questioning as well.
Mangione was originally facing multiple charges including forgery, providing false identification to law enforcement, firearms not to be carried without a license, tampering with records or identification and possessing an instrument of crime, now he is also facing murder charges.
