DUBOIS – The winners of this year’s “Think Don’t Drink” radio PSA contest will be announced at an awards ceremony tonight.
We challenged your middle and high school aged children to write a 20 or 50 second radio PSA ad addressing the dangers of consuming alcohol.
At this time, all six winners have recorded their ads to be played on air. We spoke with the Middle School 1st place winner, 7th grader Natalie Cramer from DuBois Area Middle School, on how she made her radio PSA.
“I have an Alexa, and one of the ads it inspired me to do the introduction that said ‘I get it, this is actively what you want to be listening to right now’ so that’s where that came from, and the rest is basically just facts.“
Tonight we will be announcing the winners of the contest at the Sunny106 station, the ceremony will be livestreamed for you at home.
