SANDY TWP. – Sandy Township is conducting a special “town hall” meeting tonight, not only to conduct regular business for the Board of Supervisors, but also to allow public discussion on the issue of consolidation with the City of DuBois.
The meeting will be held at the Oklahoma Fire Company building on Chestnut Avenue starting at 7pm.
Sandy Township Supervisors Chairman Mark Sullivan said the board welcomes feedback from the public on the issue of moving ahead with the consolidation process between Sandy Township and the City of DuBois.
