Bell Township, PA – A 3-year-old boy was found walking along the road in Jefferson County.
The toddler was found along Acorn Lane in Bell Township around 9:30 Tuesday morning, Jan. 18.
State Police located the child’s parents. The child was returned to them.
The incident is listed as endangering the welfare of a child.
