Porter Township, PA – A Clarion County man is in jail after allegedly firing a gun at a woman’s vehicle as she was leaving his home with a child.
Police say it happened late Saturday night and into early Sunday at the home of 48-year-old Tobias Wade Allen in New Bethlehem.
He had requested that 45-year-old Kelli Moss from South Fork, PA, come to the home to pick up an 11-year-old South Fork girl.
When Moss arrived, Allen reportedly became angry and discharged a firearm that he had been carrying in the direction of the victim.
Thankfully no one was hit, but the victim’s vehicle was damaged.
Allen is not allowed to possess firearms.
A Special Emergency Response Team, or SERT, had to be called out when Allen barricaded himself inside of the home.
He was taken into custody and remains in the Clarion County Jail.
Allen faces charges of attempted criminal homicide.
