DuBois, PA – Attention residents of DuBois and Sandy Township… are you curious about the findings and recommendations of an independent study on merging the City of DuBois and Sandy Township together?

Be informed and prepared for the vote that’s happening on Nov. 2.

The Pennsylvania Economy League will hold a meeting tonight (Tuesday, Oct. 12) at 6 p.m. at the DuBois Country Club, going over the study in detail and talking about some possible effects for residents of DuBois and Sandy Township.

You’re invited to be a part of the conversation.

The PEL says this is an opportunity to learn facts and ask questions, talk about the benefits of consolidating as one community under one governance, and how the PEL project could lower taxes for both City of DuBois and Sandy Township residents.

This meeting is organized and paid for by the One Community Committee.
