McCalmont Township, PA – An unusual cause for a crash but something that could happen to almost anyone… 29-year-old Antonio Foster from Punxsutawney had been driving along Harmony Road in McCalmont Township, Jefferson County, on July 18.

State Police in Punxsutawney say he had the windows rolled down and the sunroof open, causing an empty plastic bag to blow into his face.

Foster swatted the bag away, but the distraction led to him striking a guiderail with his Audi Q5 and rolling the vehicle twice.

He had been wearing his seat belt and was uninjured.
