Sandy Township, PA – Another man has been connected to the July 2020 robbery of the Snappy’s convenience store in Sandy Township.
A felony arrest warrant was issued for 19-year-old Gavin Sharp from Treasure Lake. Sharp had been employed by Snappy’s at the time and had allegedly been involved in the robbery.
Sharp has been charged with felony intimidation of witness/withholding information; unsworn falsification to authorities; false reports to law enforcement authorities; criminal conspiracy; and theft by unlawful taking.
Although the charges for Sharp are coming months after the robbery, the other man involved, Jimmy Lee Gibbs from Treasure Lake who was 22 years old at the time, was arrested shortly after the crime.
