Penfield, PA – Sunday evening marked the fifth vehicle fire of the year for the Lawrence Township Volunteer Fire Company.

A car had rear-ended a slow-moving tractor-trailer near mile marker 111 on Interstate 80 westbound.

Thankfully, the drivers of both vehicles were uninjured. The car, however, was completely engulfed in flames.
