Clearfield County, PA – A tractor-trailer caught fire yesterday morning in Clearfield County, causing some major traffic delays.

A semi-trailer that was hauling titanium powder caught fire on I-80 westbound near the 118 mile marker, near the Clearfield/Shawville exit, just after 8 a.m.

Lawrence Township Volunteer Fire Company and other crews arrived quickly to the scene to contain the fire, and firefighters worked for a few hours to extinguish it and clean up the area.
