DuBois, PA – Are you still looking for somewhere to have dinner this Thanksgiving? Local churches are pulling together one again to provide a free holiday meal.
Maybe you don’t live near your family or your family isn’t able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal this holiday. You can still enjoy a delicious, home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner with all of your favorite holiday foods.

Several churches in the DuBois area are coming together to provide a free Thanksgiving meal. It’ll be held at the DuBois First United Methodist Church on West Long Avenue on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
You don’t have to be a part of any church to come enjoy the Thanksgiving meal. Please come out and join them for food and fellowship!
Another free Thanksgiving meal is happening in Brockway!
Beechtree Union Church will host a Thanksgiving Day dinner for one and all from noon to 2 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28.
“We look forwarding to opening our doors to family, friends, neighbors and strangers on Thanksgiving Day and share as one,” organizers said. “Anyone who wants to come and give thanks to God for his provision, to enjoy dinner and fellowship with others, is welcome.”
A traditional turkey dinner with “all the fixins’” will be served, at no charge.
Beechtree Union Church, pastored by the Rev. Terry Felt, is located 2 miles off Route 219 at the intersection of Arch Street Extension and Westville Road south of Brockway.
