DuBois, PA – Your old coat could help someone stay warm this winter. Donate it to the Sunny 106 and Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations Coat Collection!
All you have to do is drop off the coat to the Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations shop on West Long Avenue in DuBois. You don’t even have to worry if it’s not in perfect shape.
Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations has collected about 5,000 coats within the past 16 years! Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Let’s make that total go even higher!
They’re hoping to have most of the coats in by this weekend so that kids can have them before the really old weather hits, but you can donate throughout winter. The sooner the get the coats, the sooner they can give them to the Salvation Army to help keep our neighbors warm!
We are proud to be teaming up with Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations for our Annual Coat Collection. Now through Thanksgiving you can donate gently used coats of all shapes and sizes to Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations on West Long Avenue in DuBois. Joe’s will clean them, patch them up in necessary, and give them to our local Salvation Army for local distribution.
Remember all coats are needed, especially kids’ coats! Keep our community warm this winter with The Annual Coat Collection with Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations and Sunny 106.
