If so, Rick Kralj from Penn State Extension is offering pressure canning classes locally on Sept. 12 and again on Sept. 18 at the extension office in Brookville.
Classes are available either 1 until 3 or 6 until 8 p.m. either day.
The cost is $15, which covers the instructor’s time and the resource materials you will receive.
