Clearfield, Jefferson, and Elk Counties, PA – Do you want to help give drugs a “going away party”? Tonight is the National Night Out, a day when communities partner up with their local police to encourage safer neighborhoods!

Towns throughout Pennsylvania will be celebrating… our closest ones will be in Brockway, Clearfield, and Punxsutawney.

It’s all about making communities safer by encouraging people to interact with their local police officers, government officials, and first responders.

These are free community events, and everyone is encouraged to come. It’s not just for kids. There are activities for all age ranges, including live music and free giveaways!

Punxsutawney’s will be from 5 until 9 in Barclay Square, Clearfield’s will start at 5:30 on Cherry Street, and Brockway’s starts tonight at 6 in Taylor Memorial Park.

Listen to the full interview with one of Brockway’s National Night Out organizers, April London.
