Clearfield, PA – Clearfield Borough Police were busy over the past few days, mostly with issues that were resolved just by talking to the people involved.

Officers were called to the hospital to assist staff with a male patient that was being disorderly and aggressive. Police were able to calm the patient down.

A wallet was turned into police after it was located in East End. The owner was contacted, and the wallet was returned.

Officers were called out to Krebs Avenue in Clearfield for report of a suspicious vehicle with a person slumped over. Police arrived and found the male to be okay.

Clearfield Borough Police assisted EMS with a medical emergency along W. 2nd Ave.

Police were asked to check the welfare of a Hughes Avenue resident in Clearfield after she was not heard from. Police were able to locate her and find her to be okay.

Officers handled an incident of harassment by a Daisy Street resident.

Clearfield Borough Police assisted the Pennsylvania State Police by taking a male into custody on a mental health warrant. The male was located in Clearfield and transported to the hospital for treatment.

Police assisted a motorist who had locked their keys inside their vehicle.

Officers were called regarding a dog bite that occurred along Turnpike Avenue.

Police were called to E. 4th St for low hanging electrical wire.  Police notified the proper authority.

Clearfield Borough Police are investigating an alleged PFA violation.
