Clarion County, PA – The Corsica man who pleaded guilty for a 2017 DUI crash that killed a Fryburg woman has now been sentenced to up to 6 years in state prison.

29-year-old Wayne Wilson Jr. was sentenced on Wednesday to 3 to 6 years in prison for homicide by vehicle while DUI.

He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and to have no contact with the victim’s family.

The crash happened in Washington Township, Clarion County in October of 2017.

Wilson is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign and crashing into a car driven by 44-year-old Kami Dinger, killing her.

Wilson later tested positive for THC from marijuana and Suboxone, an opioid.
