Ridgway, PA – Police are still looking for an Elk County man who has been missing since August 2018, and they’re now deeming it “suspicious in nature.”
53-year-old Frank Arthur Gillespie, also known as Frank Arthur Busch, has not been seen at his home in James City in 8 months.
Gillespie is a white man, standing about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has salt-and-pepper colored hair.

An Indiana County man has also gone missing. 30-year-old James Lewis Elliot had last been seen along State Route 259, near Ghost Town Trail in Brush Valley.
Although he’s not originally from our area, police are asking everyone to keep their eyes open. Elliot’s family is concerned about his health and safety. He was not wearing shoes the last time he was seen, and he could be in danger.
Elliot was last seen near Ghost Town Trail around 12:30 Monday afternoon. He was wearing a gray t-shirt and red basketball shorts without shoes.
He is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. Elliot has brown hair and hazel eyes. He also has numerous tattoos.
