Burnside Township, PA – Police have tracked down the man who reportedly assaulted and stabbed someone in Clearfield County late Monday night and then fled.
26-year-old Lonnie Schmoke II of Cherry Tree was at a home along Patchin Highway in Burnside Township when he allegedly fought with an unnamed 63-year-old man from Cherry Tree.
Schmoke reportedly stabbed the victim multiple times and caused two of his ribs to break.
He then fled before police arrived.
Although police were still looking for Schmoke on Wednesday, April 10, they report that they apprehended him on Thursday.
