Pennsylvania, PA – Clarion and Clearfield have both been named as the top places to own a home in Pennsylvania, according to a study.

SmartAsset, a financial technology company, ranked Clarion as number one and Clearfield as number two.

The study showed that if you bought the average home in Clarion and then rented it out, it would only take about 2.2 years to break even. It would take 2.4 years to do the same thing in Clearfield.
