DuBois, PA – One bid was placed at the receivership sale for the DuBois Mall.
The sale was part of legal proceedings because mall owners owed $33.5 million to the U.S. Bank National Association.
An attorney on behalf of the U.S. Bank National Association made a credit bid of more than $29 million.
Representatives from all of the companies involved declined to comment at the receivership sale itself and have not responded yet to any phone calls or emails.
Mall officials have said before that business will continue as usual, and it should not affect shoppers.
