Huston Township, PA – Police are investigating potential animal cruelty after a dead dog was found in Clearfield County.
A dog was found along Bennetts Valley Highway in Huston Township around 1:15 Sunday afternoon.
Troopers don’t say what caused them to suspect the animal had been abused, but they say an investigation is underway against a known man.
