DuBois, PA – Although the DuBois Mall is technically being auctioned off, the mall management says that business will continue as usual.
Foreclosure proceedings should not impact the businesses inside of the mall. Legal signs have been posted in the DuBois Mall, informing the public of a receivership sale.
The mall was taken over by Jones Lang LaSalle in January of 2018. They’ll be conducting a public sale at 11 a.m. on March 20 at the mall. Before LaSalle, it had previously been owned by a group of multiple investors.
According to the documents, the plaintiff is owed $33,505,543.39, with continuing interest and costs afterward. Again, events are still being planned at the mall and business is continuing as usual.
