DuBois, PA – It’s still unclear, but many people have their doubts that the superintendent of the DuBois Area School District, Dr. Luke Lansberry, will be returning.
Although Lansberry’s office furniture was reportedly moved out of the building, the administration says that he’s using his vacation time.
Solicitor and attorney, Carl Beard, says these past few days have been taken as paid leave time. Other than that, he says, he cannot comment on personnel issues.
There has been no additional public comment by anyone on the board or administration.
The next DuBois school board meeting will be the work session on Jan. 17, then a voting session on Jan. 24.
The school board has not announced anything on the agenda to discuss the position of superintendent.
