Pennsylvania – Holiday travel bargains may be hard to come by this close to Christmas, but that doesn’t mean they’re impossible to get.
Brian Kelly, with ThePointsGuy.com, says you can save up to 40 percent if you book the first flight out on Christmas morning.
You can also make a plane ride a little more comfortable with an upgrade. Business travelers stay home over the holidays, so the first class cabin is often empty and it’s a great time to use those miles and yourself a Christmas treat.
Kelly also reminds us with frequent flier miles it’s usually use ’em or lose ’em. Check to see when yours expire.
