Huston Township, PA – Two motorcycles collided near Penfield last week, and two people ended up at the hospital.

59-year-old Michael Burton of Breezewood was riding his Kawasaki along Bennetts Valley Highway in Huston Township on Oct. 23 around 11 a.m.

He and another motorcycle, driven by 41-year-old Dennis Wolfgang of DuBois, were riding alongside each other. After they had both passed a tractor trailer, Burton’s saddlebags bumped into Wolfgang’s motorcycle.

Burton reportedly checked on the other motorcyclist but left before emergency crews arrived. Burton had minor injuries, and his passenger, 39-year-old Clara Randall-Dicello of Valier, is listed with possible injuries.

Burton is charged with careless driving.

Wolfgang was taken to Penn Highlands DuBois by ambulance but was later Lifeflighted to Altoona Regional Medical Center.

Wolfgang’s passenger, 21-year-old Nikkol Kriner of DuBois, had minor injuries and was taken to Penn Highlands.
